What's water-soluble CBD?

Water-soluble CBD is CBD that dissolves in water unlike oil used in tinctures (oil and water do not mix) which allows it to mix better in a wide range of hot or cold beverages.  Water soluble CBD also offers greater absorption and is faster acting.
